Dianne Brown-Green: familial waters

Saturday, August 31 – Thursday, December 5, 2024 | Latcham Art Centre

Stouffville-based artist Dianne Brown-Green presents artworks that reflect her Indigenous cultural heritage and experiences with nature. Adopting iconography of the Woodland school of painting, and adding to its ongoing evolution, Brown-Green shares works that are deeply personal. Collectively, her paintings offer a worldview of interconnectedness and interdependence with our environment.

This exhibition is complemented by an essay written by Tyler Durbano.
